For Your Order Cancellation Requests:

If your order is in the Preparation stage If your product has not been delivered to the Cargo authorities yet, you can report it by calling our customer service at 0850 711 35 36 or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by filling out the contact form. Your order will be canceled during the day. Our Customer Services are available between 08.00 and 18.30 on weekdays.

Fee Refund Process:

You can send the products you want to return, unused and without the tags removed, the following non-refundable products, via the relevant cargo company, by filling in the return section on the invoice within 15 working days from the date they reach you.

Your returned product will be examined by Hannhanna officials and it will be investigated whether it complies with the return conditions. The return of the products that comply with the return procedures will be approved and the product fee will be paid in your bank account within 10 working days. Reflection of this fee to your account may take 7-15 business days due to bank procedures

The product(s) must be sent to us in its original packaging undamaged, unused and undamaged as a result of misuse.

• You must send the sales invoice of the product.
• If the invoice of the product is corporate, for the return process, without including the cargo share, arranged by the company.
• The top group is not used in underwear and swimwear, and the lower group swimwear is changed or refunded over the amount on the invoice, provided that the hygiene label is not removed.
• There are no refunds or replacements for underwear, underwear, silicone bras and corsets due to hygiene reasons.
• The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to buyer, and in case of use, to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.

Change Process:

 No changes can be made to your orders that have not yet reached you. You must request a cancellation for your order and create a new order.
